Job Description

We are seeking a restaurant manager to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to run effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant, providing direction, coaching, training, and development for assistant managers and all team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring consistent execution of all systems, standards, and cost controls.
  • Communicating effectively with guests, team members, management team, local owner, Station 5 team, and vendors.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of exterior and interior facilities.
  • Overseeing BOH schedules and department inventory procedures.
  • Managing BOH budgets including forecasting.
  • Interviewing and assisting in the hiring of all departments.
  • Ensuring all food and service standards are met each shift.
  • Following safety procedures and standards when operating all equipment.

Experience and educational requirements include:

  • High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required.

Physical requirements include:

  • Ability to bend, lift, reach, and turn.
  • Ability to transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours or longer if needed.

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a restaurant environment.
  • Exposure to heat and dexterity required for handling food items and dishes.
