We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center located at 5 Mobile Infirmary Circle, Mobile, AL 36607. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; more details will be provided upon interview. The pay range is $13.50 to $15.00.

As a Grill Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing food and serving customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable federal, state, and corporate standards.
• Taking orders from customers and preparing items requiring short preparation.
• Completing orders from steam tables and serving customers at multiple stations.
• Ensuring food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Tasting all prepared food items.
• Using established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolving customer concerns and reporting relevant information to the supervisor.
• Attending in-service and safety meetings.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
