Cook - Restaurant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cook to prepare culinary creations adhering to the chef's precise specifications and brand standards. This critical role directly impacts customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience, focusing on the highest possible standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Prepare multiple orders concurrently to ensure timely service to our guests.
  • Maintain open and effective communication between management and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to stringent food quality standards, including appearance, taste, garnishment, and product rotation.
  • Adhere to all opening and closing procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Efficiently expedite food orders from the front of the house during peak periods.
  • Adhere to company policies, recipes, relevant Franchise and management company’s Standard Operating Procedures, meat charts, and other guidelines.
  • Take immediate corrective action to address any issues encountered in the kitchen.
  • Strictly follow brand procedures for portion control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working in all areas of the kitchen as needed.
  • Adhere to all state and local health codes and ordinances.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or General Manager.
