As a Pastry Lead Cook, you will supervise the pastry team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity in pastry preparation. You’ll have the opportunity to create exquisite pastries for conferences and events, showcasing your culinary skills while putting your creativity to the test with delightful sweets and treats at our local market coffee shop. You will also provide live action stations for guests, allowing them to experience the magic of freshly prepared pastries right before their eyes. Additionally, you will participate in the creation of the annual gingerbread replica of the resort, bringing festive cheer to the holiday season.
