Role Description: This is a full-time seasonal on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine at JL Hospitality Management, LLC in Denali National Park, AK. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for:

• Leading the culinary team.
• Creating and executing menu items.
• Maintaining food quality standards.
• Overseeing kitchen operations.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Culinary Arts, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation skills.
• Leadership and Team Management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
• Creativity and Innovation in culinary creations.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
