Food Runner duties include precise review of all kitchen tickets, communicating well with the kitchen and FOH team, delivering food to the guests in a detailed and friendly manner.

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Communicating with the Kitchen and FOH team efficiently.
• Taking food items from the kitchen to the guest tables with grace, precision, and speed.
• Detail-oriented.
• Executing side work daily with precision.
• Carrying a tray and a tray jack that weigh up to 25 pounds at a swift pace efficiently.
• Conversing with the guest naturally and respectfully.
• Providing Five Diamond Service to our External and Internal guests daily.
