Job Description

We are looking for a Cook 4 to join our Food & Beverage Team at Trilogy at Vistancia - Kiva Club. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.

The Cook 4 is responsible for food preparation, cooking, and serving. You will work and master all kitchen stations, including plating and/or expediting. Additionally, you will train new staff and assist with monitoring food preparation techniques to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a kitchen service and monitoring ticket times.
  • Assisting management with developing weekly and daily specials as needed.
  • Ensuring superior standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Preparing various food items according to recipes.
  • Occasionally assuming responsibilities of the sous chef or kitchen manager.

This position typically operates in an indoor kitchen environment, but may also involve outdoor cooking at events. The physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
