Job Description

As a key ingredient in our kitchen, you will:

  • Open and close the line, perform precise line checks and facility walks, and ensure compliance with EcoSure documentation.
  • Manage high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with both BOH and FOH teams, participating in EcoSure & Health inspections to maintain a safe production environment.
  • Oversee the hiring and development of back of house employees, manage their schedules, and report payroll hours.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on managing the P&L to assist in maximizing profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance.
  • Assist in the ordering and invoicing of products.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the FOH team to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines.
