We are seeking a culinary management professional to oversee the daily kitchen operations at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa. You will be accountable for the overall success of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with significant experience in culinary, food, and beverage management, or a degree in Culinary Arts or related field. You will be responsible for:
Your role will also involve ensuring exceptional customer service by managing daily operations, interacting with guests, and addressing feedback.
In addition, you will achieve and exceed performance and budget goals, utilizing the Labor Management System to schedule effectively and train employees in safety procedures.
As a leader, you will identify the developmental needs of your team, providing coaching and feedback while participating in the employee performance appraisal process.
