Searcy Country Club, located in Searcy, Arkansas, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Prep Cooks. For more than 100 years, Searcy Country Club, the only private club in Searcy, Arkansas, has taken great pride in its family-friendly membership lifestyle, dining, and special events. In addition to its 18 hole golf course with new TifEagle greens, the members of Searcy enjoy a resort-style pool and an active tennis program. The club is currently undertaking capital improvements as part of a long range master plan. Generations of the Searcy community have enjoyed this community asset and will continue to do so long into the future.

Responsibilities of the Prep Cook at Searcy Country Club include:

• Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
• Prepares and cooks food according to directives; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
• Plates prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance.
• Works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
