What This Role Will Do:

• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
• Cook food in a timely manner.
• Ensure appealing presentation.
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
• Create prep lists.

What This Person Will Bring:

• Taking charge of kitchen opening, closing, and other side duties as directed.
• This position will/may require travel to various venues in the Northern California region and is therefore considered a 'regional' role with no singular job site.

The expected compensation for this position in California is: $19.20 USD - $24.00 Hourly. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law.
