We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to join our team and significantly contribute to reopen our newly remodeled resort in the American Riviera, Santa Barbara!
What You Will Do
We are looking for an Executive Chef who will provide leadership and management for the Resort’s culinary department, support the goals of the Director of F&B, and plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the culinary department while ensuring guest satisfaction and meaningful and lasting dining impressions.
The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service, manage and develop a team, devise and monitor an annual budget, manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with key suppliers and industry associates.
What You Bring
We are looking for individuals who have:
Substantial pre-opening experience is strongly preferred. Work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service. Must have creativity, flair, and a strong innovative mindset.
