We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Beverly Hills Marriott. You will efficiently supervise, guide, and train kitchen associates to provide quality food production for both restaurants and banquets, focusing especially on timing, portions, food quality, and sanitation/cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef, including a record of menu design and recipe creation. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to food handling and production is required. A high work ethic, self-initiative, and strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite are essential. Candidates may be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
