Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Open and close the line, perform precise line checks, and facility walks.
  • Run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position.
  • Perform with BOH and FOH team, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Responsible for hiring and development of back of house employees.
  • Manage schedules and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws.
  • Partner with EC on managing the P&L to maximize profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control, and performance.
  • Assist in the ordering and invoicing of product.
  • Maintain consistent open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines.
