Job Description

We are seeking a candidate for the preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance with pastry shop standards. The position involves assisting higher-level bakers and performing other duties as assigned by the Chef.

The ideal candidate will have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. You should possess refined verbal communication skills and have at least 2 years of previous pastry/baking experience preferred. The ability to work single station in the kitchen is essential.

A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. You should be able to perform all basic cooking skills and must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time. Additionally, you must have the physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
