Rate of Pay: $22.70

The Pastry Cook III prepares all pastry items and maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. This person must be able to work a flexible schedule, with a complete understanding of allocated stations to work efficiently in banquet and restaurant plated desserts and general bakery production – understanding of 2 stations.
