• Preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Following complex recipes and product directions.
• Producing small to large batch goods using advanced classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• Overseeing production staff, training, and assigning tasks.
• Maintaining punctuality and regularity in attendance.
• Performing other duties as assigned based on business needs.
