We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for fine dining. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and creative workflow. This role is perfect for a skilled chef looking to take the next step in their career and be a vital part of a dynamic and forward-thinking culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, development, and daily execution of all dishes.
  • Lead kitchen staff during service, ensuring food is prepared to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and train line cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation while maintaining club standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on special events, seasonal menus, and member requests.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, creative, and organized kitchen environment.
  • Step in to cover the Executive Chef's duties during absences or busy periods.
