Responsibilities include assisting the Dining Services Director in maintaining high resident satisfaction, cost controls, sanitation standards, employee training, and providing quality food and service to the residents. You will be responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations, monitoring and enforcing safe food handling practices, and participating in conducting food inventory.
