Join our team at The Charter Steakhouse as a Cook 2, where you'll bring your passion for food to life by mastering advanced cooking techniques and running prep and cooking stations with confidence. If you’ve got a solid culinary foundation and are eager to make an impact, we want you in the kitchen!

This role involves more advanced cooking techniques, managing prep and cooking stations, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining food safety standards. A Cook 2 also assists in training junior staff, helps with inventory management, and supports the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.

Location: The Charter Steakhouse - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: 12/02/2024

Employment Type: Part Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22 / hour

Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:00PM, 2:00PM - 11:00PM

Post Closing Date: 12/02/2024 or until filled
