Job Description

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team, where you will have the expertise to prepare all menu items across all property venues. You will be responsible for estimating daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

Your essential duties will include:

  • Helping with food delivery check-in for quality and quantity.
  • Ensuring proper freezer and stock labeling and rotation on food items/ingredients.
  • Utilizing and following all standardized recipes.
  • Adhering to all food safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Opening shifts and preparing the venue for planned volumes.
  • Coordinating daily tasks with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
  • Covers off days for Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
  • Ensuring effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
  • Following the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
  • Must lift and move 40-50 pounds.
  • Must work required shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Maintaining and setting sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • May be responsible for cashier responsibilities, if assigned to a mobile/QSR outlet.
