Job Description

Salary: $19.50

Schedule: Schedule Varies. Part-time hours currently with potential for full-time hours. Must be able to work weekends and holiday rotations. Operation hours are from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Sunday through Saturday. Shifts are from 11 AM to 7:30 PM and 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
  • Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.
