Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality food products, directly supervising and training kitchen personnel on all related culinary activities, overseeing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for quality assurance of meal presentation and portion control, selecting recipes, preparing and coordinating all meals, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness according to state and local health department code requirements.

Skills Required extracted by

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training.
  • ServSafe Certified.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a diverse team.
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation principles.
  • Ability to coordinate daily production of menus and recipes.
  • Understanding of sanitation principles.
