Job Description

Reports to the Sous Chef and is responsible for, but not limited to hot and cold plate presentation in a front line kitchen.

Duties include wheel position, deep frying, broiling, sauté, griddle, cold food assembly and advance preparation.

A Lead line cook produces orders supplied by a food server and completes all orders in a consistent manner.
