Schedule & Hours:

Full-Time Days / Evenings / This position requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders that meet quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Ensure food quality, food taste, food presentation and food requisition.
• Communicate with the Pastry Chef, Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
• Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills:

• Have a good knowledge of Bakery items to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

• At least 1 year of Baking experience.
• Good knowledge of Bakery items.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
