We are seeking a Culinary Manager for the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. This position is accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations, exhibiting culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food-related functions. The role involves continually improving guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
The candidate will supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced and will be responsible for guiding and developing staff, including direct reports. It is essential to ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Core Work Activities:
