Job Description

Cook 4 responsibilities are on a daily basis to monitor food production, quality and consistency, staffing levels and department training. Should be able to perform all intermediate and advanced cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and follow the standard recipes. This person will give direction in the supervisor's absence.
