Job Description

Vendôm is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Chef to join the opening of a prestigious, high-end restaurant in the vibrant city of Miami. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef who excels in leading dynamic teams and managing high-volume operations in a luxury restaurant environment, all while maintaining the essence and identity of the establishment.

This is an incredible chance to make your mark in an exciting culinary destination.

Responsibilities:

  • Menu costing and evaluation in collaboration with the cost control team.
  • Recipe management and accuracy.
  • Responsible for training operations teams on new dishes and menu launches.
  • Regularly auditing recipe adherence with the Chief Culinary Officer and corporate team.
  • Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation to ensure consistently high quality and minimize food costs.
  • Interact with Food and Beverage and Operations management to ensure food production consistently exceeds the expectations of members and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 10 years in an executive kitchen role in a high-end, fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • A background in Michelin-starred restaurants is highly appreciated.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail to ensure exceptional quality in every dish.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Fluent in English.
