Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team at CCL Hospitality Group, based in Chicago, IL. This position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 along with a $5,000 signing bonus and benefits. Relocation assistance is available.

The Executive Chef will lead the daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food preparation, while showcasing culinary talents through high-quality food delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily culinary production, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Complying with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies aligned with the client's mission.
  • Managing department controllable expenses and developing budget guidelines.
  • Creating 100% resident satisfaction through team training and engagement.
  • Building a strong team through regular meetings and performance goals.

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet.
