CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team in Chicago, IL. This position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 along with a $5,000 Signing Bonus and benefits. As an inspirational and organized leader, you will ensure the overall success of daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food preparation. You will showcase your culinary talents through the delivery of show quality food while developing and empowering the onsite staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily culinary production, food quality and presentation.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Providing direction on menu development and creating distinctive specials.
• Monitoring the quality of raw and cooked food products.

• Managing department controllable expenses, including food costs and supplies.

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering experience.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.
• Institutional and batch cooking experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• ServSafe certification (highly desirable).
