Job Description

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef who will be based in Chicago, IL. This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $95,000 along with a $5,000 Signing Bonus and additional benefits.

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food preparation.
  • Delivering show-quality food and developing the onsite staff.
  • Improving resident, employee, and client satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.

Key responsibilities include leading culinary production, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and managing department controllable expenses. The Executive Chef will also focus on creating an exceptional customer service experience for residents.

Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, extensive catering experience, and a comprehensive knowledge of food trends and safety regulations.
