CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL. This position offers a salary of $90,000 - $95,000, along with a $5,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance is available.

As an Executive Chef, you will be an inspirational and organized leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure the overall success of daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food preparation. You will showcase culinary talents through the delivery of show-quality food while developing and empowering the onsite staff. Your role includes:

• Leading daily culinary production and ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
• Determining how food should be presented and creating decorative food displays.
• Providing direction on menu development based on product availability.
• Researching customer preferences and developing a menu that incorporates local foods and flavors.
• Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Managing department controllable expenses and developing guidelines for purchasing and receiving.
• Creating 100% resident satisfaction by providing team members with the training and resources they need.
• Regularly leading team member meetings and establishing performance goals.

Qualifications include an A.S. or equivalent experience, a minimum of five years of experience in culinary/kitchen management, and a comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends.
