Job Description

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team in Chicago, IL, with a salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 plus a $5,000 Signing Bonus and benefits. Relocation assistance is available.

In this role, you will be an inspirational and organized leader, responsible for:

  • Leading daily culinary production and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies aligned with client missions and goals.
  • Creating a menu that incorporates local foods and flavors while ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Providing team members with the training and resources needed for exceptional service.
  • Managing department controllable expenses and analyzing financial information to adjust business plans.

We aim to create 100% resident satisfaction through teamwork and effective communication. You will regularly lead team meetings, establish performance goals, and ensure employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations.

This position requires a minimum of an A.S. or equivalent experience, with a strong background in culinary/kitchen management and a focus on quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced with computers, and willing to engage in client satisfaction programs.
