• Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes, including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri, according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
