At True Food Kitchen, we pride ourselves on serving great food! This means that we rely on our line cooks to consistently and efficiently prepare and cook our recipes to the highest quality. Many items on our menu are seasonal, which gives our line cooks a variety of recipes to prepare as we rotate throughout the year.

We Look For People Who have experience in a minimum of one of these stations: Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, Grill. Experience in more than one is a PLUS! Only know one or two stations? We have an enhanced development program to "level up". Continue growing and continue learning! Preferably have at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity in a high-volume restaurant. The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable. Exhibit exceptional knife skills. Can work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment. Read and execute a recipe. A love of making great food and understands the accountability of presenting quality dishes!
