Job Description

Do you enjoy hip hop music and kitchen management? Do you excel at day-to-day kitchen operations? Then you’re in luck! We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who embodies both a passion for hip hop culture and a love of the kitchen management space.

The company is looking for a Line Cook Supervisor with the ability to both supervise other Line Cooks and prepare delicious entrees for our guests. You will keep check kitchen stock for fresh ingredients and supplies, prepare components before each meal service, and ensure the work area is clean and ready. During service, you will plate and garnish dishes that are ready to be served to our patrons. The menu is based on seasonal ingredients, which allows you to cook a variety of exciting meals throughout the year. This position will report to the Director, Brand Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead line cooks while ensuring efficient SOP are being followed.
  • Check inventory for ingredients and supplies, noting when more need to be ordered.
  • Prepare ingredients before each meal service.
  • Prepare dishes following exact recipe instructions.
  • Plate and garnish dishes as prepared prior to being served.
  • Clean work areas once meal service is done.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments.
  • May work in drastic temperature climates.
  • Must be willing to travel to work events during holiday, evening, and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines.
