An internationally acclaimed Multi-Platform company recognized for its excellence in delivering the finest services to our Partners and their guests is seeking a Multi-Outlet Executive Sous Chef. This position will be based out of Miami and will oversee multiple venues in this high-volume well-known sports complex.

Compensation

• $90,000 - $95,000.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership in a Multi-Unit culinary role in high-volume Hotels, Resorts, or Upscale Contract Food Services.
• Strong acumen for delivering exceptional results without compromising standards.
• Ability to budget, forecast, and adjust to meet and exceed financial objectives.
• Strong culinary experience in upscale multi-venue position.
• Strong written and communication skills to all levels.
• Culinary degree preferred.
