Job Description

We are looking for an experienced culinary leader to join our team at the Walt Disney World Swan. This role involves exhibiting creative baking and decorating talents while leading the staff to prepare quality and consistent pastries for all areas. You will work to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
  • Supervising and managing employees and day-to-day operations.
  • Encouraging mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with culinary standards and food safety regulations.
  • Developing and training the culinary team to improve results while maintaining standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory and supplies according to budget.

The salary range for this position is $89,000 to $108,000 annually. Marriott offers a bonus program and various benefits, including a comprehensive health care plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
