The Opportunity

The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Pastry Cook position who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization. The position will prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

• High school education or culinary training.
