Parkland Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a part-time Pizza Chef. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares menu in accordance with club recipes, standards, and quality in a timely manner.
• Notifies Chef of any shortages.
• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down pizza station.
• Practices cleanliness throughout shift & cleans work station when finished.
• Knows and executes recipe standards and specifications.
• Must operate in a safe manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years experience in pizza making and line cooking.
• Obtain and maintain current food service certification.
• Basic knife skills to prep the station and basic pizza making skills.
• Prior experience working in the kitchen of a fine dining facility at a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Will be exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
• High School diploma preferred.
