The Regional Executive Chef at Hard Rock Cafe will provide oversight and resources to ensure that we are delivering world-class execution in our Cafe BOH operations. Reporting to the Hard Rock Cafe Corporate Culinary Director, and coordinating with other Regional Executive Chefs, the Regional Executive Chef will directly support Cafe Kitchen teams to ensure the highest standards are in place through onsite presence and continued coaching and development.

The role involves:

  • Providing a positive “employee life cycle” for all staff members during their tenure with Hard Rock.
  • Delivering an authentic experience for guests by adhering to proper menu specifications and attention to detail in food quality and presentation.
  • Operating a financially profitable food and beverage business operation and maximizing opportunities in food cost/wastage.
  • Growing the business by using innovative sales and marketing concepts.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and health standards.
  • Supporting Executive Chefs and Kitchen Managers in maintaining a quality workforce through training and development.
  • Prioritizing tasks and providing accountability across corporate and franchise locations globally.

This position requires travel flexibility and the ability to meet the demands of the business.

Skills Required extracted by

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of culinary experience in multi-functional organizations.
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with inventory systems, purchasing/receiving, and food/beverage vendors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health/safety, food safety, and alcohol consumption regulations.
  • Strong communication and listening skills; fluency in English required.
