We are seeking a Resort Banquet Chef for a premier resort on the Gulf Coast of SW Florida. This role involves leading the resort's banquet operations, which include overseeing a 60,000 sqft event space along with managing 2 sous chefs and 10 support chefs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a strong background in resorts and banquets.

As a Banquet Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Menu creation based on seasonality.
• Marketing campaigns.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A BA in Culinary Arts or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in high volume banquet settings.
• The ability to prepare world cuisines and be technically proficient with knife skills and cooking methods.
• ServeSafe Certification.
