As part of your responsibilities, you will assist the chef with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and maintaining the highest quality food products and service. You will oversee kitchen cleanliness in accordance with sanitation and food safety standards, prepare and coordinate daily meals per standardized recipes, and ensure quality assurance, presentation, and portion control.

Salary Range Information: $19.30 - $24.12 / hour.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
• One to three years of food preparation experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of banquet production and planning.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain local or state required food handling/supervision/sanitation licenses and/or certifications.
