Levy Sector is hiring an Hourly Sous Chef for the Owner's Lounge at State Farm Arena. The pay range is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, and this is not a tipped position. Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends, including all Hawk's home games.

Job Summary: The Hourly Sous Chef helps the Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assumes responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook foods according to approved recipes and production standards.
  • Supervise hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, and training.
  • Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety procedures.
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Monitor inventory and deliveries of products and supplies.
