About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Cooks to create cherished experiences for our Kupuna. In this role, you will prepare, cook, and serve delicious and nutritious meals. Your responsibilities include supporting all department activities within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring meal quality and service excellence, and adhering to specific dietary requirements for our Kupuna. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of food service locations and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation methods, and food item inspection
• Understanding of kitchen management principles, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene
