Responsibilities:

• Adhere to strict menu and time guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Make menu items to meet quality, portion, and time standards while using equipment and materials properly.
• Operate grill using correct temperature and cleanliness, grilling items to standards in proper order.
• Maintain line cleanliness and sanitation (cutting boards, floor, trash, slicer, and walk-in areas).
• Maintain a working knowledge of the menu, vendors, and products in the deli.
• Prioritize time to ensure that prep work, stocking, cleaning, and customer service are handled efficiently.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a grocery store setting with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
