We are seeking a Salad Cook who prepares or directs the preparation of salads served using established production procedures and systems. This role ensures that the salad station is fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift. You will occasionally assist with the preparation and plating of desserts as needed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Following proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Storing food properly and safely, marking the date and item.
• Complying with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
• Reporting necessary equipment repair and maintenance to the supervisor.
• Keeping work area neat and clean at all times; cleaning and maintaining equipment used in food preparation.
