We are looking for a Baker to join our Bakery Department. The primary function of this role is to be responsible for baking products for orders and replenishing displays, while maintaining a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smiling and greeting customers in a friendly manner.
• Assisting customers in locating products and addressing their needs.
• Preparing, baking, and frying all department products as needed.
• Checking orders for the day and setting up a timeline and production schedule.
• Maintaining proper sanitation procedures and ensuring a clean work area.
• Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines.

This position requires physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Working conditions involve exposure to flour, noise, and temperature extremes in a fast-paced work environment.
