Your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and distributing food items to ensure proper quality, quantity, appearance, temperature, and timeliness.

• Completing all aspects of job analysis and preparing food according to recipes.
• Ensuring food is prepared with good quality and presentation, including proper garnishes.
• Maintaining temperatures according to regulatory agencies and ensuring food is produced and served at the proper temperatures.
• Using appropriate items and storing them properly.
• Assisting in catering and completing food samples as required.
• Ensuring sanitation pails are clean and filled.
• Preparing food items for the next day according to established menus.

• Previous cook experience preferred.
