We are seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve all foods according to the menu in a safe, sanitary manner while maintaining a clean and safe work area within the guidelines in accordance with facility, OBRA, Federal, State, and other regulatory expectations.

The Cooks will be responsible for the preparation and serving of residents' daily meals and maintaining the kitchen area. Cooks must be able to work scheduled hours, including some weekends and holidays. Recent experience as a Cook in a healthcare environment is required. Candidates should be familiar with all Cook responsibilities including setting up the tray line, delivery of meal trays to all patient areas in a timely manner, and working in the dish room. Cooks should also be able to maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
